Ms. Scroggins' responsibilities include the operational management and development of ambulatory surgical centers. Ms. Scroggins has worked in the ambulatory surgery industry for over 19 years and has held several multi-facility managerial roles with several national companies, including MediVision, Medical Care International, Columbia/HCA Healthcare Corporation and National Surgery Centers. Ms. Scroggins received her B.S. in Nursing from the University of Maryland and her M.S. in Community Development from the University of Louisville . Ms. Scroggins is a licensed R.N. and Risk Manager in the state of Florida.
