Mr. Scroggins' responsibilities include the management and development of wholly owned physician ambulatory surgical centers as well as the development of hospital and physician joint venture ambulatory surgical centers. Mr. Scroggins has worked in the ambulatory surgery industry for over 17 years and has held several multi-facility managerial roles with several national companies, including Medical Care International, Columbia/HCA Healthcare Corporation and PhyMatrix Corporation. Mr. Scroggins received his B.S. in Accounting from Northwestern State University of Louisiana and is a Certified Public Accountant.
