Steven D. Sergi, Chief Financial Officer, Surgical Development Systems, Inc.

Mr. Sergi’s responsibilities include financial reporting, accounting, internal control and billing/collection review of ambulatory surgical centers. Fiscal management services include physician monthly financial presentation packets, banking, budgeting, capital expenditure analysis, partnership buy-in and buy-out calculations and year-end tax preparation coordination. Mr. Sergi has worked in the healthcare industry for fifteen years, eleven years in the ambulatory surgery center industry, two years in the hospital industry and two years in the physician practice industry. Mr. Sergi has held accounting and managerial roles with several companies, including Medical Care International, Columbia/HCA Healthcare Corporation and Oak Ridge Medical Group. Mr. Sergi ’ most recent position was that of Chief Financial Officer for a fifteen physician cardiology group.

Mr. Sergi received his B.S. in Accounting from Louisiana State University.
